By accessing and using Artworthy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Artworthy provides a tool for artists to track time spent on their projects and calculate pricing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice to you.
3. User Accounts
To use Artworthy, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the data and information you input into Artworthy. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership over any of your project content.
5. Limitation of Liability
Artworthy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
